Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum. This is the second time I am writing this post since I have not received any answers on my previous post. Please forgive me in case you find my question / working sheet out of order.
I have an excel spreadsheet with data of various LOBs --- the number of rows and columns in this spreadsheet will keep on changing every month, depending upon the volume of data for that month. What I am looking for is a Macro to split this spreadsheet into various tabs (LOB wise). Post this I want to get a grand total (or average in case of % changes) in the last row of each LOB tab. While doing this, I would also like to retain the formatting of my initial 'Main' tab.
I have enclosed a spreadsheet with dummy data. 'Main' tab has data for all the LOBs. I have manually created a new tab 'Night' to show the type of output I want to have.
What I have already done:
1. I have created a Macro to split the 'Main' tab into various tabs according to the LOBs
Where I need help:
2. To prepare a Macro linked with my already prepared macro for creating the 'Grand total Row' in each LOB (in the next row where data ends) --- Refer to ''Night tab for the type of output
3. While creating this, I would like the Macro to retain the orginal formatting (as it is in the 'Main' tab) --- Macro created by me looses the formatting of 'Main' tab in the LOBs tab
Note that when you will try to run the already created Macro in this spreadsheet, it will delete the 'Night' tab. Request you to create another copy of this while running the macro so that you are able to refer back to the required output format ('Night' tab) at any point in time.
I will highly appreciate any help in this regard. Let me know in case you require any additional information from my side.
Regards,
Kapil
