Resizing the cells from row greater than 42

i am attaching the following excel sheet for a clear demonstration of my problem

(This is for resizing the cells right after opening the worksheet)

This code is working fine for the entire worksheet for all the cells but i need it for rows greater than 42.(i want the data cells to get re sized from row 43 onwards.)

I need it from row > 42 so that any data at the top doesn't get re sized.
