expired tests copied to another sheet

I am looking to have a pop up box come up and ask for a date range of expired tests and then it looks at the ACE tab in the expired date columns for the range provided and then copy onto the expires tab the necessary information as in who and what test is expiring and when. I have attached a sample. If you have suggestions for a better or simplier method, please share.
