Help with MATCH and OFFSET.

I attached a sample workbook.

The user enters a string in A2. Columns E and F have the data.

In B2, I want to put the value that is located in the F data column next to the string in the E data column. I made two lists, but can't figure out the formula for the B2 cell.

I hope this is not in the wrong forum, and I hope I explained the issue so you can understand.
