I have seen this type of graph used and explained somewhere in this forum.
Please see attached rought example of what I am seeking.
How do I create this

In the attached workbook, I selected I5 and set conditional formatting with the formula

=($G5>=(10*COLUMN(A$1)))

I then used the format painter to copy that formatting to all of I5:R12
