On my spreadsheet there are 78 examples starting in row 66. For each example there is one main ticker which is located in the first row of each example in column F along with a date in column H. (example 1= ALK: 2/4/2010, example 2= CAL: 2/4/2010). Each main ticker has a maximum of 20 other tickers below it.
I need a macro to run through every example and identify those with the same date in column H. For examples with the same date, I need to identify the main tickers of each example and delete those tickers from the list of a maximum of 20 other tickers in each example in column F.
As an exmaple of how the macro should work, in column E, I highlighted in red the tickers that should be deleted from the four examples that occur on 2/4/2010.
A macro would save me a ton of time doing this task. I have multiple spreadsheets that this needs to be done on. Any help would be amazing! Thanks!
