Matching

Hi,

I have two sheets, in sheet one need find the achievment from multiple accounts which are matching (Sm name) with sheet 2, Example attached,

Sheet 1 :
SMName Achievement
A
B
C
D
E

Sheet 2:
Account no SM Name Income
1 A 2.0
2 B 4.0
3 C 8.0
4 D 6.0
5 E 7.0
