Arrange Data from Different Columns into 1

I have data in Column A & B , Column E & F (from row 4 in both) & so on , i had like to arrange data such that Column A & B Contain all the data .

I am able to select the data from each column by using end(xldown).row command but after that how do I cut it put it below A & B, I don't know that yet.


Could you please help me out.

I was able to achieve it using offset , but I wanna how how to do so by the above command ?
