Loop Through Folder - extract Wb and Sheet Names

I have tried to modify various codes with no success to :
Loop Through files in a particular folder -
Then list the workbook names for each workbook -
together with their corresponding sheets names.


Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This will be for Excel 2007.
