Runtime Error # 424 - Object Required

Hey

I try to run attached excel file which store customer data (Address).
But I am getting "Runtime Error # 424 - Object Required"
I Am really confused about it.

Can u please Help me?

I cannot enter or save the data.

When I open the form it give error mesg " Invalid Row..." I cannot go further.
