Copy specific data from one sheet to another sheet if certain criteria

I am trying to copy data from one worksheet to another.

Specifically in the attachment, if Sheet "B" contains "x" in Column A, then in Sheet "A" propogate columns B + C with data from C + D in Sheet "B".

I'm a novice with Excel macros and unable to generate the necessary code using other examples of similar macros.
