how to open a file with name dynamic change

I want to write a code to open a file under C drive with dynamic name change. For example, the file full path is C:\export_2010_06_10_12345.xls

I have name [Directory]= C:\export_2010_06_10_12345.xls
Name 06 as Month
Name 10 as Date

For the “12345” is changing. I am wondering if the code above is right and how to vaguly define this path without considering number after date?
