    Form Issue

    Hi


    i have generated a form which i now would like to insert a option in the form (not on the form) which is named About and when the user clicks on it it reveals the form details for example the writers name, issue number and date

    hope someone can understand exactly what i want and have the solution

    Do you want to add an "About..." menu item to the form? Is this form a worksheet or a VBA UserForm?

    its a VBA userform

    and i would like it to embedded in the actual form, not from the control tool bpx if this makes sense?

    Hello Geordie,

    I see now what you mean. You want to have this in the UserForm Properties Sheet. The properties are determined by the object's class. VBA can not modify the Properties page of another object. You would have to write a COM Add-In to change the Properties page.

    just googled com add in

    looks a bit complicated for me

    with just insert a label with date and issue number

    alot easier/quicker
