Here's my take on it:
- You'll need a data table where you list the input codes and corresponding prices.
- You'll then need a formula referring to the input code and the data table to grab the right price.
- Finally, use SUM to calculate the totals.

There are several ways to lookup information from a stored table of values. Check out this sample sheet:

...check out the MAIN sheet, it shows several formulas that do this.
