Can you send it in an attachment?
Set the "and" statement first within the if-statement.
I would assume your code should be like this:
=IF(AND('Alg. Inligting & DO'!I10="Mutaul & Federal",'Alg. Inligting & DO'!D40="Ja"),0,6)
