Using R1C1 Format to Define Print Range

I am working with my departments work schedule.

Columns are each day of the year, and rows are each workers work schedule.

I allow the user to select the print range by using a UserForm.

The UserForm has selection criteria of what work group the user wants to print, and 2 dropdown boxes that allow selection of date start and date end.

Based on the user's selections, I am able to determine what Rows and which Columns need to be printed.

However, the Columns are based on number, not Alphabetic.

    Thus my question...

Is it possible to define the PrintArea using R1C1 format?

Or is there a simple way of converting the Column Numbers to their respective Alphabetic symbol (ie. 3 would be C, 8 would be H, and 308 would be KV)?

    Thanks.
