As long as your data has a row of "titles" across the top of the data, specifically in the cell B1, then you can turn on the DATA > FILTER > AUTOFILTER and then filter that column by the term you want using the Custom option.
That makes it easy to see all the rows that "contain ... potato"...copy all the rows left visible to another sheet, then repeat for your next term, very simple. No macro really needed it's so powerful.
