Help with common data manipulation

Good evening,

I'm not a coder nor can be one. I feel bad sometimes when ask primitive questions. I would love to have a few basic lines/functions handy so I'll have them for future use without the need to ask too often. Please see attachment.

1) Delete everything after Method 'T'
2) Insert a row after all Method 'A'
3) Insert a column in I for the data range with Method 'T'
4) Select all data to create a pivot table
rowcount & colcount so the pivot will able to pull in all data

Detach/open workbook "Help with common data manupilation - Selection - NTB - SDG10.xls" and run macro "Test" with the active worksheet Sheet1.
