get cell value accordingly

I am writing a macro to automatically get values from one workbook to another new workbook based on the according Week and Month. i only attached week13 's data. but i will have week14,week15 and so on. which means there will be several spreadsheets and i have to write macro in the workbook(" WaterfallChart") to antomatically get those values to according cells. can anyone please help me with this part ? Thanks a lot.
