ScrollBar

Dear ALL,

I hope I can add something like what i printscreen in the attached workbook. I dunno what is the name of this function, but it is really usefull, I saw this from a workbook. But I dunno how to call the function out.


Can someone tell me what is it, how to use it ? I wish I can use it to control those columns rather than the bottm scroll bar, Thanks
