Macro- Copy paste data

I need a macro to copy every ticker and date combination starting in column L&M, P&Q, T&U ect. and then paste them as values starting in H6:I6. Column H and I is how the data should look when the macro is done running. I would like the ability to be able to add or subtract ticker and date combinations in the future without having to adjusted the macro. Can anyone help? Thanks!
