Multiple criteria search and count

I have an excel spreadsheet and need to search two colums for a set name, then search two additional colums for a "No", then provide a total count of this matching criteria. The example would be

Column A Column B Column F Column G
NameA NameB Yes No
NameB NameC No Yes



I need to search both Column A and B for a specific "Name" and provide the total number of "No" in columns F and G that that respective "Name" has. Thank you for your time and assistance.
