Excel macro help

Hello Friends,
I'm new to excel programming with basic knowledge in visual basic. I want to know how a code would be for comparing 5 cells in same row with corresponding cells of all other rows and if the cells have same data, then remove the duplicates and mark the original in different colour. I'm sure it can be coded, so need someone's help and guidance.
