    Your file is not attached.

Are you wanting to hire someone to write your entire form for you, or assist you in tweaking your own form? If "assist", be sure you've already created your form and laid it all out and specifically note the things you need assistance on to get it working.

Hmm, not sure why the .xls didn't attach - Im receiving an upload error...uploaded a .doc for picture of form I can will create

No, I do not need to hire someone to create everything for me. My main concern lies in finding out if this is even possible before wasting hours researching it.

There is an Entry button that a user clicks on a main sheet that allows you to add line-items to the spreadsheet named "data". Basically, enter a line-item for a specific account with say..19 fields of information (acct number, address, state, zip, status, date1, date2, etc.)

The form I am looking to create will be exactly like this, only the Acct number (red on the form) will be the piece of information a user will enter..then click "Search" or "Populate" on the form -- the form will then populate its fields with the information from the data sheet line items. Any information can be editted then 'saved' to update the specific line on the data sheet, rather than write a new line.

Let me know if this is too vague or doesn't make sense and I will create a dummy form with no behaviour coding written behind it.
