Clocking macro speed

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any code that can calculate how long it takes a macro to run. I am trying to make the code work as fast as possible and would be great if I had an accurate way of measuring the macro's speed rather than sitting in front of the screen with a stopwatch .

Any suggestions would highly beneficial.
