select 10% from a random value

Hi

I have a VBA code that pulls off complaints from a central report, with this I then need to review the oldest 10%, but I am having problems working out how to do this, as the list that I create daily will always have a different amount.

The VBA I have, places all the information on to Sheet2, what I need is something that takes the oldest 10% and then copies that to another sheet.

Not sure if it is even possible to do!

its not solved have just an if statement instead
