Perform a macro on document close?

Is it possible to have a vba macro execute on document close? The idea is to have the macro save the file and add an outlook reminder and then continue with close.

i have the code for saving/adding outlook reminder, its just a matter of having it execute when user tries to close document via X button or any other means.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
