Hello people,
I really hope you can help me with this doubt. What I want is to analize a .jpg picture area in such a way the excel tells me what is the RGB value of that area. Imagine is a biscuit picture, and I want to see if the browning value is ok. I already got a reference value, so I just would like to compare it.
Do you think is there any way to do a macro like that? Or I will have to try Gimp or another kind of SW?

I really don't think that's something Excel will be able to do for you very easily if at all. Definitely not with any built in functionality.
