Generate Visio Doc- expand rectangle size

Dear Forum members,

The Attached macro was developed with the help of the forum members. I need further help on macro for the following points.

Purpose of macro: The reads data from input excel Colmuns B, D, I and writes the content of the three columns to ouput VISIO document[Standard 2007 version].

1] I need help on resizing Rectangle depending upon size of ColA + COL B+ COLC.You may check output of macro..it is writing values outside rectangle.
Please help me to expand the rectangle size.
