Can name range display value based on the input of specific cell?

I can see you guys are doing some magical things with name ranges. Is there anyways for it to display information based on the input of one specific cell? For example if Sheet1!A1 = "Cameramen" and in Sheet2!$C:$C there will be "Cameramen" in that range then display associated "Cameramen" of Sheet2!$A:$A. In my case the database is sorted by column C so all the "Cameramen" will be one after the other but I’m curious if excel can pick them out even if there are not or even if this is possible at all. This list will be selectable by a drop down list in another sheet. I see you can use formulas in the named ranges so how far can you really go with this!

    Hi,

Why don't you post your file ... it would be far more explicit ... and you could get a tailor made answer ...

Here is a working example of what i want to do, but at this current state all it does is select ranges i entered and i want it to compare Sheet1 A1 to Sheet2 C:C and then pick the names associated in Sheet2 A:A. Am i making any sense?

I've added a table (in yellow) that is formula driven. The formula require that the source table is sorted by the Job Description

This is perfect. You guys are geniuses. The first solution was also very good but some of the people don’t have macros enabled so i prefer not to use them on forms that others get to fill out. Thank you both of you guys.
