Check box VB and auto attaching to e-mail HELP needed

I work in the science field and Need Help in trying to create a small request form!! I'm trying to modify some existing code to extract data from check boxes or radio buttons that have been checked (TRUE) for testing and put only those that are going to be run on another sheet. I have some stuff working but it won't copy to a clipboard any of the True checks and put them over. Can someone please assist me.
Also I haven't gotten to this part but I want to be able to take this submission sheet and attach it to an e-mail as an attachment and have it directed to a particular individual automatically. I don't want to auto-send it as I want the user to be able to write any message that may be necessary. If you can also assist me with this issue I will greatly appreciste it.
