    Toolbox appear when program is running

    Whenever i run my program and lick on the listbox
    the toolbax always appear.
    what the problem with that?
    is it with the codes?

    Check your Control Toolbox to see if you have Design Mode active (View->Toolbars->Control Toolbox)
