The RunNTimes could be set in the coding (as it is now), but one could make that a user input as well.

thanks for help, but I need run macro every 5 minutes and each time record only 1 row not all of them ... probably I wasnt very clear, your macro record 10 rows then waits and then record 10rows again ...

next I hope that you yourself can change 5 seconds into 5 minutes. For testing it is not really convenient to set a timer to 5 minutes.

I focussed on the timing problem.
