Count occurrences in an array

Could anyone help me with some way of scanning the array and coming up with a RW 3 and JG 2 type thing?

The data has been stored in the array by scanning several workbook sheets.

in your case you will be iterating an Array rather than a Range

johncena, it's not a range of cells in a sheet, it's an array in VBA.
