Clear cells if another cell is empty

Hi There (just changeed the title and excel workbook )

I have maked the buttoms in english now .... Push the Update and You might will see my problem

My problem is in Z and AB:AE .... I dont want any numbers if there are no numbers / time in W,X,Y after a botton push "Update".... Please help
