Excel Statistics tracking for Dart Team

I am attaching a copy of the file I use to track stats for my dart team.
If you look at the worksheet 'wk17', I'm trying to figure out an easy way to calculate each individuals stats in the area at the bottom of the sheet (D37 - O45).
Background: We play 1001 double in, double out. 16 games each night played on two boards: three on three. I would like to just input the data (who started, who finished, and what scores the players threw in a game, and have Excel calculate, for the night, how many starts, finishes, scores >=95 a player had as well as their number of throws, what their total score was from those throws (white cells) and what their average was for the night.

    Can anyone help me?

Not sure if I understand the game you play or what you would like to track, I did a few improvements to the lists you had. They are now dynamic and based on whatever is in the columns on the Data Lists worksheet.

Care to elaborate more on what data you want to gather and where it would come from? Mainly what is S and F? Start and finish? As in some people do not finish the game? I get the rest, just not that.

See attached for a few changes I did.

    Hoffey;

Thank you for your reply, however I am confused as I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what changes you made. Can you point them out to me?

I will continue to refer to my original file - for reference - looking at wk17 tab.

So, let me see if I can clarify, and perhaps I am going about things wrong in trying to record.
We play 16 dart games on two boards, obviously 8 games per board.
A player may play a maximum of 8 games, split across both baords.

    I am looking to track:
    1. Who Started each game.
    2. Who Finished each game.
    3. What each player's Average is.
    4. Number of throws each player had that is above 60.
    5. Number of throws each player had that is above 95.

I have the worksheet broken out into Board 1 (games 1-8) and board 2 (games 9-16) D5 through I8 and X5 through AC8 is where I want to record the starts for each game on board 1. N5 through S8 and AH5 through AM8 is where I want to record the finishes for each game on board 1.

The start for game 1 (I5) would need to populate the appropriate column in row 15 (C15, D15 or E15) depending on who started. Similarly for finishes, Game 1 finish would be recorded in S5 and would need to populate row 32 (C32, D32,or E32) depending on who finished the game.

D38 would show/calculate the number of starts that Brian had. Tricky thing here is that Brian may play a few games on board 1 and a few games on board 2.

E38 would show/calculate the number os finishes that Brian had.

    I would like to input:
Who starts/finishes (Rows 5-8) and each players throws (Rows 16-29)

I would like to have Excel calculate everything else.

I have been thinking about trying to use Macros somehow, however I am not good at all with Macros.

I hope this helps explain things a little better in what I am trying to accomplish.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Paul
