Insert Picture Macro

Hi,

Could someone please help me w. below macro?
I have an excel sheet which contains the name of a product/picture in column J3. The macro picks up the name of the product/picture in column J3 and inserts the actual picture from directory into column G.
Is there a way of doing a search in my folders for the picture? In column J1 I have a customer name, and in colour J3 I have the product name.
What I would like the macro to do is searching for the "customer folder" in folder "H:\Order\Artwork\" and when it's found the folder, find the product/pictue within that folder.
