Inserting row on variable match

Hi guys,

Trying to insert a row based on a match between IDs in a column. The new row is to be inserted after the last row which shares an ID with the rows before it (the IDs are all next to one another).

I have attached an example book to make some sense of my bad explanation. I think/hope that should clarify everything.

Thanks for any advice. Quite looking forward to seeing how this one is done.
