Search filtering macro stopped working

All,

I have been developing the attached spreadsheet, and after initially receiving a working solution to a historical problem (see link below) when clicking the "Criteria Search" button,

I am now experiecing problems in that I am receiving a Run-time error '1004' message, saying that "the extract range has a missing or illegal field name".

I have tried everything to get this to work, but am hitting a brick wall!

Can someone lend a hand?
