Selecting all worksheets within a workbook

I have a workbook containing up to 7 or 8 worksheets.

What im trying to do is select all the worksheets within the workbook, unprotect the sheets, lock all the cells on these sheets except for a few defined ones, and then protect all the worksheets again. I can unprotect the active sheet and unprotect another sheet, but cant work out how to unprotect the whole workbook, make all the cells within the worksheets protected and then re protect all the worksheets again at a click of the mouse.
