Open Workbook from Parent Dir

Good morning,

Would you please let me know if there's a way to have a Macro open a specified workbook from the same folder that holds the Macro w/o having to address the full path?

Example:
C:\[path]\Example\Macro.xls
C:\[path]\Example\Data.xls

Currently, to open Data.xls I have to list

But if we move the Example folder else where then I would get an error. I tried using just

but it wouldn't work.
