I am new to this forum and I am really no expert at excell, however I do enjoy just messing around with the various functions and learning more and more.

I am currently studying A-LEVEL Ict and have come accross a problem using excel.

I have created a spreadsheet, Some fields have drop down boxes with one option "Yes". However If "Yes" has been selected in one field I need to lock the rest of that column.

eg. If C5 = Yes, then I need to lock D5,E5,F5,G5 and H5.

Could someone please help me with this, I am really new to this and have not got much knowledge.
