    Xcopy command in excel

    Hello

How can one use xcopy (dos function) in vba for (e.g. c:\>xcopy /s c:\*.txt f:\txt ) in cmd mode it does copy all txt files but i do not want subdirectories to be created instead all txt files copied to txt folder and create a log for files copied.
