    Ranking The Players.

    Hi,

    I had a sheet with the players name in column B with their Time taken to Finish a lap in the race.I want the Rank for the player who had finished in the least time.What will be formula for finding it.Please provide me the formula for finding the rank from Ascending order(Least Time Taken Would be the Number One)

    =RANK(C2,$C$2:$C$6,1)

    In D2, and copied down::

    =SMALL($C$2:$C$6,A2)
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1

    Mr.sweep Please rephrase the formula its giving me the wrong result.
