Comparing Tables

I need a macro to compare two 3-column tables having the same information in similar formats. I've attached a spreadsheet of the two tables. They originally come from two other spreadsheets, and i could run the routine either from those other two spreadsheets or on the sheet I've attached.

The first run of this is going to be the hardest, as I'm trying to sync up data from two different reporting mechanisms, and we've been working to get the naming conventions right, but I'm sure there are errors I'll have to clean up. But after this, there will be a weekly comparison of the Number of FTEs, and so a weekly opportunity to be able to boil out any differences, which I would like to paste to another sheet in the same or a different workbook.
