Copy range down the rows

Hi All,

I need to copy a specific range A2:F20, down starting row 21, thirty times. But also, I need to add a name at from the list located in the at H1 to H30 of names of (30)product names.

How can I list the name available in Col H in column A which in this case will be at A20 then at A30, A40 and so on...

Any help or response is highly appreciated.

It would help if you could post small example file with data in both before and after states.
