Using cell data from a worksheet in a macro

My macro ability is down to recording and simple editing.

I have a list of names in a vertical column in a workbook which is the same workbook where I want to store the macro.

I want to use each name in turn in the list in the macro

I have attached an example workbook with notes which explains what I want to do

Is this possible? Many thanks for any help in this.
