For pure VBA, the 'VBA Developers Handbook' by Getz and Gilbert is hard to beat.
For Excel-specific, the Power Programming series by J-Walk, Bill Jelen's books, or the Wrox Press Excel 200n VBA series are good apart from, unfortunately, the 2003 version. I'd get the 2007 version for that, or the 2002 one if you have no plans to upgrade anytime soon.
And then when you've mastered all that, you can move onto PED...
