Import spreadsheet from one Workbook to another

I have 2 separate Excel 2007 workbooks and I’m trying to import a complete spreadsheet named Client Info with all its properties from one workbook to another.

you can do it by having both workbooks open
Right Click on the Worksheet Tabs
A dialog box will open
It has an option to copy the worksheet to the different workbook
