    Split Data to multiple Sheets

    Hi guys

How or what kind of code would be used to take consolidated data from one worksheet and split it over multiple sheets?

In my workbook, I've attached an example

"Original" is where the data comes from and is the format to which it gets exported to

"Data Sorted" is a copy of "Original", which basically sets the format (Borders, Blank row in between each data block, Smaller font etc...)

Also, in the workbook "Data Sorted" I inserted a new column "A" which has an identifier for each block of information, as well as I also inserted a new row for "Headings : H1 - H9" as I thought some type of filter would be of some use to identify the different data blocks

Worksheets "Sheet1" to "Sheet 5" is the desired outcome which I copied manually

I am basically looking to see how to get the data from "Original" to be split up and look like Sheets 1 - 5

    Any ideas?

    Regards

    G

Re: Split Data to multiple Sheets

Well, it looks like I got it right

I am a little bit surprised nobody responded, but nonetheless I got it to work (with help from rylo from this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...orksheets.html)

Here's what I got with the new workbook attached

Hope this is useful to someone in the future as it was for me

"PART 2" of the code is the seperation into different sheets. The first part is purely for sorting data

The code is too long to post. See the attachment for the Macro used

    Best Regards
